$200-$225 is very reasonable per fixture for brass Dauer Icons. That's a really good drop in fixture. And 10 year warranty is really good--those lights will last forever...at most, just need to wipe off the irrigation drops every 6 mo and maybe replace an MR16 every 5 years. What MR16s do you use? Brilliance, Emery Allen or Dauer's MR16.

Do the lights have the bulb integrated, or is it replaceable bulb?

How do you deal with houses that have a sprinkler system and the water is "well water"?
