Mushroom Rice Recipe | Easy Vegetarian and Vegan Meals | Rice Recipe
This easy one pot vegetable fried rice makes a great side dish.
A one pot mushroom rice recipe perfect for vegan and vegetarian meals and meal prep.
A perfect vegetarian meal recipe for your busy week.

Mush rice recipe ingredients:

1 cup basmati rice (washed and soaked
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups thinly sliced onion
2 1/2 tbsp Garlic-Finely chopped
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 cup green bell pepper (cut in cubes)
3 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
Salt to taste( a pink Himalayan salt)
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth (low sodium)

1 cup Green onion (chopped)
Lemon juice to taste ( I have add 1 tbsp lemon juice)
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper or to taste
