EASY Mushroom Rice Recipe!! Perfect Side-Dish for Seafood, Chicken, Beef & Lamb!!

Easy, aromatic and delicious rice side dish recipe! My mushroom rice recipe is bound to become a favorite side for any of your favorite main entrees! It's made with mushrooms and onion sauteed in butter, then cooked in broth and seasoned lightly with spices. Pair this aromatic rice with seafood, chicken, beef, lamb or even veggies! For those who would like this to be more diabetic friendly. Always wash your rice until water runs clear to get rid of dirt, and starch. Since you are using Basmati rice it is wise to soak in it water for 20 minutes before cooking.

Hi, I am a little confused why you transferred pots at 1:18? Since you were going to eventually add broth, couldn't you keep the same pot and simply use the broth to try and scrape up the goodness that's in the bottom of the pan before you cover and let the rice fully cook?

You need to deglaze the frying pan with the stock before pouring it in pan
