IFR Mangalore to Moorabbin for the rare 17 RNAV Approach Cessna 172 Bravo Sierra Victor 5 July 2020

This is the last leg of my IFR training flight Moorabbin, Bendigo, Mangalore Moorabbin with Marlan and Peta back seating.
I'm close to getting things right now, so the test approaches. Only problem is that effective midnight 8/7/2020 (as I upload this video) Melbourne is locking down for the second time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I spoke to my expected testing officer today. He's taking the conservative approach and staying home for the next 6 weeks, so no test in the immediate future. We are both in the "at risk" demographic, so I'm OK with his decision.
It's nice to pause on a few highs. First was overall performance with happy instructor and passenger and the fact that this was in actual IMC. We've both been lucky to get a lot of cloudy days.
Next was the outstanding ML CTR controller who made my day calling me by name. Hi Mate!
Then the 17 RNAV into Moorabbin. This is so rare most IFR GA pilots never have the experience we had this day. The approach is across the normal approach of the big jets into Tullamarine, so usually it's off limits to us lighties. With the sad demise of big aviation, we got it done today which was great fun.
Last was the greaser landing. A nice way to pause the program. A drink and dinner afterwards was a bonus treat. Back SOON we all hope.
