Jack, if you kill the assassination target who has the sentinel beam, you unlock an upgraded sentinel beam that holds less but it does even more damage. You can equip it from the weapon boxes at the FOB’s.

Jack, that deep-cut Easter Egg is from the Halo novels. Spartan-034, Samuel, was one of the three original members of Blue Team along with Spartan-087, Kelly (the fastest Spartan according to the lore) and Spartan-117, John aka the Master Chief. Samuel was the original leader of Blue Team before he sacrificed himself to save the other two. Great play-through btw. Keep up the great work!

Loving this series Jack. Please grind the core locations on your map to upgrade your grapple and shield. Also liberate more FOBs for fast travel and spawning vehicles and weapons. Do some of the marine in distress call missions. It helps with Valor points for your FOB. Do some of the target assinations too. When you defeat them, you get Valor and their weapon variants which you can spawn. They're legit. They have a modified bulldog that you will like. Limit the speed running.

The voice character of Cortana, sounds a lot like the voice of, Kinzie Kensington from Saints Row IV. turns out it's not the same voice actor, but to my untrained ear, they are almost identical.
