Nice video Henok is it possible for you to you make like an in depth video of specific tickets you work on and explain some common and rare issues you get assigned and the different applications/programs you use to resolve. Im just a level 2 currently, but always find this role so interesting.

Can you please elaborate on what your SLA's may be for some of the work mentioned in this video? (server down yesterday, monitoring, tickets you deal with) Are you on your own clock and allowed to investigate at your leisure (to an extent), or are you on a tight time frame?

About to go to an *online only* trade school in my area to get their certificate as well as the compTIA trio. To be honest I am interested in Web Dev but stumbled across sys admin while researching and found it interesting. Hoping I can break into at least a help desk role with those 3 certs and a certificate..Does that sound feasible?
