jQuery AJAX example with php MySQL

1. We create database and a table with sample data.
2. Add HTML and jQuery code to send GET request to server using jQuery AJAX
3. Add php code to receive request from client and fetch data from database and json encode and send back to client
4. Parse JSON encoded data and display it to user.
