I can't see the changing of the number in database when I voted more than 1 time.
It would not be a checking the ip whether it is the same or not cuz the average result keep updating, but the database is still.

Nice tutorial! Mine is working fine. But it would be great if

1. I can show user how many ppl. rate each.
2. rating & comments can be approved by admin or auto approve if there is a function scan _rude_word( ).
3. rating can be fixed by admin after a investigation the complaint is wrong.
4. show the statue of "verified order" beside the reviewer's name.
