This is a good and great advice for The Tug Of War games i used to play these games at schools elementary, Intermediate and Superior. in fact these are good strategies the leader is supposed to be and need to be in the front and the back needs to have the strongest member, the strongest needs to be at the back and the weakest at the front next to the leader.
