For those who don’t know:The old man is the creation of the game and in marbles he did not die because if the guards shot the old man the guard that shot him would be eliminated……..and he was being scanned no one was moving but except for the old man, but at least he followed the rules.

it doesnt target him because everything is his game. The guards dont engage him either. He also doesnt stay inside the bunkroom once everyone rests with the players due to a chance of a random person that may kill him. (Need to recheck that last part actually)
