NCyTE introduces Advanced Placement course 'AP Computer Science Principles: Cybersecurity'

This video offers a brief introduction to the new Advanced Placement course "AP Computer Science Principles: Cybersecurity," developed through a collaboration between the NCyTE Center, an Advanced Technological Education (ATE) center located at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA, and CodeHS, an approved AP Computer Science Principles course provider.

“AP Computer Science Principles: Cybersecurity” is a one-year introductory AP computer science concepts course for high school students. It’s fully aligned to the AP Computer Science Principles Framework and was recently endorsed by College Board.

The cybersecurity content in "AP Computer Science Principles: Cybersecurity" is based upon work supported by the National Cybersecurity Training & Education (NCyTE) Center and the National Science Foundation under Grant No. 1548315.
