NCyTE - Communications Critical Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

In this video we discuss the communications critical infrastructure sector and cybersecurity. We describe the communications critical infrastructure sector and what it encompasses, describe how this sector relates to several other critical infrastructure sectors, describe general threats to the communications sector, government plans for protecting communications, provide examples of events affecting communications, and how the communication sector's ‘attack surface’ is expanding through the Internet of Things (IoT).

The intended audiences for these videos are high school or community college students enrolled in IT or cybersecurity programs or courses.
