YES THIS WORKS !!! I am a video editor and these tips have definitely helped me edit more videos faster for my clients and get them more video views! It can take a long time to edit but if you have the time to edit your own videos then I highly recommend this video!

You can extend the track within premiere, no audition necessary. Cmd+R on the clip, tick the maintain pitch box, and you can rate stretch to the desired length. I would argue this is faster than dynamic linking.
