This is a dream spot. I hope you have a ton of guys just for maintenence and repairing the ac units for the entire place is going to be a beast. Flooring. Paint. Amenities. Testing the older equipment. Omg. I could spend a week working on a list of things to just get prepped before building. Can't wait to see the rest of the land with the houses.
