Before they cover it all up, you should run a 2” conduit to the grass island. If you do put a fountain or anything even lights you’ll need power out in it.

My vote with the concrete in that patch of grass is to round it out to a perfect circle and make it like a little roundabout with race curbing. Spice things up a bit.

container: whatever color you paint it, consider adding a contrasting color on that outside corner just to make it significantly easier to see when driving around. i know the plan doesnt have it too close to the concrete, but always nice to have good visibility

circle in the pad: i liked the grass, i say keep it, maybe put some SMALL plants as well, something that wont ruin anything if accidently ran over and wont grow high enough to cause visibility problems, but they can help to see track limits and also make for just a nice little bit of greenery in that section of the compound

Involving the little circle in the pad. In my opinion if you want to force the people in the outside line make a nice fountain in the middle. Nice too look at and you can not hit it 💯

Containers are stackable... if you put the full container at the base, & a half container on top of it, your camera platform will be tall enough to see over the roof, & you can use the half length container on top to store things that cannot ever get wet... but you will want secure steps & a good railing round it...
