The "tractor room" was actually an engine building shop where they, at one time, built race engines for ARCA and Nascar. I was a vendor there and it was amazing with a flow bench and balancing equipment.

This spot used to belong to Bob Shearer along with a massive collection of American classics called the "S40 Collection". The compound has a very impressive history, I hope Adam gets to pay tribute to his spirit and make him proud.

my dad restored classic cars for the original owner of the place. I grew up running around that building, I even practiced my quarter midget around the pond in front of the building

Make sure you convert all the florescent and traditional lights to LED, if they're mostly non-LED currently then you can probably decrease the monthly cost significantly, plus they generally last longer too.
