What I think a lot of people don’t understand is Marie kondo’s book isn’t just about tidying up. It’s really so much more than that. It’s a whole philosophy and way of life. I didn’t think it was a big deal either but as I read her book I really found myself thinking about the way my environment affects my life, health and happiness. By clearing out your environment, all the clutter and negative energies attached to that clutter you allow yourself to bring things to your life that spark joy. It really is life changing - all of you who are calling this dumb or don’t get why it’s a big deal should give it a chance and read it :)

I just started watching "Tidying Up". Wow! I thought that the lovely woman, in Episode 4? 5? Margie, looked and sounded SO familiar. She is from Culver City, California, so I am thinking, , , Well, I am from Iowa, and the only person that I have ever met from Culver City, was this super nice Flight Attendant that I got to sit next to ( and chat with ) in these little seats by one of the side doors, on a flight to L.A. at the end of 1999, or 2000. Then she metioned that she and her late, beloved husband, had worked in the airline industry. If it is the same lovely lady, and she is reading this.... I am sorry about the loss of your husband : ( Your home is very lovely, and I could even feel how much lighter it became, over the TV. I cried along with you. If you are the same flight attendant, and I still remember you after one flight to L.A., know that you radiate sunshine, and there are great things ahead for you. Great episode : ) God Bless! <3
