I always giggle to myself a little when I see the end of the videos and that's called "lunch". That is a feast! Lunch in my world is a pretty basic sandwich or something need more of your kind of lunches in my life! :)

I grew up with a Mema who wasn’t much of a cook while I was growing up. My mother said that Mema always made short cut meals when she was growing up and always cooked a roast and a pound cake for Sunday dinner. I’m a Meme to my grandchildren and I always enjoy cooking for special occasions for my family but otherwise I don’t enjoy cooking. I ordered your wonderful cookbook last week and have spent this rainy day reading it from cover to cover. I love it❤ I have spent the last 3 hours watching your videos on YouTube. I can't wait to start cooking some of your delicious recipes. My precious mama almost always cooked everything from scratch and by memory. I have missed her home cooking so much these past 10 years. I wish I had paid more attention when I was in her kitchen growing up. She made her macaroni and cheese exactly like you as well as potato salad. I can't wait to make the chicken casserole!
