In this video I will go over how how I was paid at Farmer's insurance as an agent an why I chose to leave my 6 figure income.

With the average income of an insurance agent above $45,000 I left Farmer's insurance as an agent to have equity and grow beyond what they had to offer. This is the first of three videos that goes over how much an insurance agent can make.

I started as a producer in a State Farm agency, rotated to Farmers and have been an agency owner for 8 years, it has been the best choice for me and my family ever given that no position has allowed me this much control of my income and personal freedoms . I have turned a 500 policy book into just under 3k policies in that time, many of those years being on my own with no staff... it’s not easy but it rewards you well once you put in the blood sweat and tears

Didn't see another place to message you, but just wanted to point out an edit. In your bio, it says you "help" 45 licenses instead of "held". Thanks for your content! Sorry for the public shaming, lol.😆

Agency owners were probably pissed at you guys because they get assigned your policies at severely reduced commissions (70% discount), and because you’re incentivized to spend as little time as possible with people, the policies assigned to them were full of errors that the agency owner had to spend time to fix. Time they could spend selling policies themselves. Your 4 hours of home training also didn’t help much I bet.

A single, E-2, buck private makes $2, 000/mo ($24K/yr) within 4 months of joining the U.S. Army. BUT….pays NO rent, nice barracks with AC and individual rooms, no utilities, washer/dryer and free food 24/7 at the chow hall. The Army would pay for off base housing (BAQ) if you’re married, plus extra money for food. That’s like a $50, 000/yr job at 18yrs old. A private in the Army is doing better than 95% of insurance salesmen.
