Congratulations Nanelle, just know it’s your videos that guided me on the self sponsorship route and everything from ielts to cbt and now awaiting PIN. Keep giving us more

Congrats Nanelle. Always keep in mind your documentation and always report anything unusual to you. Lastly, do not omit your breaks irrespective of how busy the ED will be. Congrats again 🎉

Nanelle. You are not the only one. I felt thesame way when I started. Feeling daft whenever I go to work. I now keep a small book for jotting, so I don't keep asking people thesame question every time. However, ask questions if you are confident in doing any procedure as they are always willing to answer. The nhs trainings will help too. Keep soaring high. Always on point.

Try getting your hands on the oxford handbook for emergency nursing...it a good read to get you aware of the basics...if you have not already done so.

Hi Nannelle, that's very brave of you. I made that change after working in the Care home for 1 year plus. To be honest with you, it's going to get worse before it gets better. Care home nurses are treated like they're at the very bottom of the food chain when they join the Trust. If that's the right way to put it. I nearly went back to the Care home where I felt more comfortable but I had a very strong social support system that helped me to stay strong and keep going. The stress you will Please stay strong and take good care of yourself. Keep all your Trust friends closer for advice and support. Go

I can see Nanelle is now preparing herself to move to the States. She wants to gain NHS specifically ED or ICU experience before leaving…GOOD MOVE n CONGRATULATIONS 👍

You are brilliant. You’re surely going to be a great nurse in ED.

The plan is working permanently in the care home and doing bank in the NHS. You get your care home money and the NHS experience at the same time.

Congrats🎉🎉🎉 nanelle ! Your channel inspires me a lot. I have my Bsc but I wanted to try the self sponsorship route for Nurse Associate but my sister who is already a midwife in uk convinced me to wait for my RGN certificate from NMC- Gh and come in as a registered nurse instead . I cant wait to finish with my rotation.

It’s okay Nanelle, you’ll be fine. I tried Medsurge as a Ghanaian trained midwife. I had a similar experience. Luckily, my bedside skills advocated for me and they were willing to accommodate and retrain me in a different department. I’ll soon go back to a more acute setting. Proud that you took that bold leap from your comfort zone.

I think this is the best video going forward.
I respect your courage to speak the truth.
This would be a great clip to share with my sister that just qualified as a nurse and was lucky to get ICU offer.
I pray she succeeds in all her endeavours and you also succeed on this new path.🙏🙏🙏
