4k Apple TV (2022) remote volume disconnected from sound bar

Apple TV released an update and a lot of people's remotes disconnected from the sound bar or tv. After a lot of frustration, the only thing that seems to work is doing a reset on the remote!

Like I was literaly about to smash my TV with my apple TV controller cause it messed up the soundbar volume control.
The problem was that I gently pressed the plus button once and that literally made the soundbar go on max volume. And when I gently pressed minus, it went all the way down. But now it is solved and I can regulate the volume normally!
