If the carbon portion is ignored, how does closed cell spray foam compare to Rockwool?

Great video! Could you give us some information on the proper ratio between the amount of exterior continuous insulation needed compared to interior cavity insulation so that condensation doesn't form on the inside surface of the wall sheathing in a cold climate?

With 3 inches of exterior Roxul, are you using special mounting blocks for your exterior wall lights, electrical outlets, hose bibs, etc? Also, I've heard Matt Risinger talk about having "one hole for one wire" whenever there are building envelope penetrations. Are you doing that and if so, are you using any special kinds of lineset covers?
