HOW TO MAKE AN A LINE SKIRT PATTERN

A line skirt is a type of skirt that fits the waist and gently widens down to the hemming.
In this tutorial I do not use dart, it's optional.

I don't understand how to add a waistband to this. If it had this it would be the most perfect example for beginners. As it stands I have the pieces cut but no idea now how to complete it
