I make chocolate mousse from a french recipe. Rich in eggs and milk cream. I use 70& cacao. I eat a portion daily with walnuts, and I never gain a gram on that. But every time I eat carbs (white four, starchy, sugar) the weight and bloat goes up. I have been taking notes for a year... and I can not full myself. STRESS IS THE KILLER, and combined with the 3 white devils... it is fatal.

Choline is legit bodybuilders used to use it as a fat burner, pretty much guaranteed you are deficient in it unless u supplement so thats why it works

I eat eggs, green tea, fish, olive oil, & dark chocolate. ..sugar free Lillys. I have a big roll of fat around my waist. It's NOT helping....lol
