As an Italian, no. I will not replace my pasta. What I have done though is I've been eating less of it and in smaller portions. It's been working for me. 😊

I agree with everything except for beef.. Red meat is loaded with amino acids and creatine. Red meat has more calories and fat yes, but eaten in a medium size is ok. I find that my body is responding better to beef as far as muscle gains. Chicken is excellent too. I think a balance between the two is an excellent choice.

Yellow part of eggs contains a lot of value ingredients. It's worth to eat a whole eggs, especially soft-boiled not fried. It's also good to eat brown rice and red beans because of fiber. Remmember about fiber! So eat also a raw vegetables and low calories fruits like apples (pectins). Drink sour milk, kefirs and natural yougurts - forget about milk. For faster metabolism is good to eat spinach, kurkuma (always with pepper because it works only with piperin), cinamon and aplle cider vinegar. Drink coffie, because it's reduces apetite. Don't eat sugar (saccharose) and avoid to much bananas. Avoid also junky food full of chemistry. If you want to eat an icecreams eat natural sorbets with natural sugar. Always read labels on food. Drink a lot of water. And that's it. I've lost 12 kg with diet like this. But if you not keep a callory deficit nothing gonna change so learn how to calculate them.
