Fastest TOTK duplication glitch 1.2.1

In this video I show you how to perform the fastest duplication glitch in Tears of the Kingdom that works in version 1.2.1
This glitch produces an average of 100 items per minute based on my testing (you may get more or less than this depending on how fast you can press a sequence of 3 buttons)

I forgot to include this before but the method used in this video was discovered by @Gameislifer. Go subscribe to their channel if you like glitches like these

Edit: enough people were having trouble ending the glitch that I feel the need to include this here.
To end the glitch stop holding all the items in your inventory, exit, go back into your inventory, and try to hold another item. After doing this everything should be back to normal.

@ifeetz7612: I know many probably figured this out, but for those who didn't, try this trick. If you are finding that the initial item you dropped eventually blows away(and it always does after you dupe long enough), here is the solution. As soon as you get to Tarey Town(before going into the house and dropping your shield. Go and gather some wooden beams from nearby, and simply stack them together(2 high), and make a barrier around the edge of the deck. This will keep your initial item from blowing off the deck. You can stand there and duplicate as long as you want this way. You will find that it is tricky with the dog because, you don't want to fence him out before becoming invisible. What I do, is place my wooden barrier boxing the dog into that corner. Very important to note, that as soon as you come out of the house(after dropping your shield), even the ground outside of the deck will make you invisible after too long, and if you become invisible away from where the dog can eat your food, you'll have to start everything over again. To solve this, I place a few hover stones to walk from the stairs and jump over the flower boxes landing inside deck area. I hope this helps someone:):):)

GREAT TIP FOR ANYONE HERE:
It's much easier to fuse to your sword instead of shield, because you can spam Y while being in inventory and it doesn't mess up the glitch. Just remember to follow the steps of the glitch, but replace the sword with the shield and vice versa. I hope this helps somebody :)

Word of advice: Do *not* make my mistake and make sure to have ZERO sages active. The glitch was working for me but the dog couldn't get to the meat I dropped cus Mineru was in the way and then it just...stopped. The glitch then just stopped working.

Also, couple other occurences that happened

1. During the falling through the floor segment, I pressed B too late and fell all the way to the depths. I died and respawning got rid of my Stick entangled shield thing.

2. Another time, when I was trying to reclaim my shield after I successfully drowned, I got harrassed by Gloom Hands so that was fun

I have found a few interesting things while performing this glitch:

1.- Once, I got interrupted by Blood Moon and, since it's a cinematic, it stopped me from being on "throwing" state, so I was unable to collect items or anything. However, if you do the last part again (holding ZL + R then jump and click up for the item to select, you can continue grabbing your items and even muktiplying items.

2.- Another time, my control slipped from my hands so I stopped holding R. Again, you can repeat the very last step (as in point 1) so you can continue doing it.

3.- If you start multiplying many large items at once (like aerocuda wings/eyes), diamonds or lizalfos tails, the game won't despawn some of them (as mentioned in the video). They will be out of bounds.

4.- If you continue doing the multiplying glitch for a long period of time, the "item" you're multiplying, will start moving around, until it reaches the tree that is to the right of the house and will start throwing the itmes from there, to the starting multiplying point. This will cause 2 things, depending on how close you're to the spawning point:

If too close: the items will be thrown with a lot of force, causing them to be scattered all around the town or bumping it out of the town.
If far away: the items will be spawned right by the tree, then you can walk closer and pick them up. Then you walk away and repeat.

Until now, this is what has happened to me.

Seems easy enough, I've been using the jumping drop glitch to dupe 1 item at a time, I might give this one a go.

BEST WAY YET ALERT!
Instead of placing your items in the little space under the house, just go throw them into the fountain, and they will never blow away! Do everything as instructed in this video up to that point, but then just go to the fountain and drop your items. Once done, you can jump in and freely start the dupe!

Hi! Thank you for the tutorial. It will breathe new life into the game now that i don't have to worry about mats anymore (i'm a hoarder)

I just wanted to add: You can start your dupe from a single item, as long as you don't drop the food item you gave to the dog.
Also, to stop the glitch (because it stops you from interacting with the world), i think you need to stop holding the food you gave to the dog, unpause, pause again, then hold one random item and drop it. At least that's what i did, and the glitch stopped.

Its a great glitch, one thing i would change though instead of putting the invisible item in that small craves i would instead put it into the corner of the building where it makes that small triangle, this helps keep that item still so much better.

IT'S TWO MEMORIES FOR THE SECOND PAUSE??? The guide I found only used one! I swear I'm gonna get Carpal Tunnel or Arthritis from trying to do this. I miss the days where we could just shield jump and drop items to dupe them...
Edit: I finally, miraculously, get the timing right... and then I miscount the water timing, fall to the Depths, and die from hitting the roof. I'm not sure If I'm going to laugh or cry...
Final Edit: Ok, I finally got the timing down pat, you have to press B and ZL at nearly the same time to Fuse Entangle.

Some things I can add;

When clipping through the lake after 3 sec, if you're having issue drowning because it seems you're not hoping off click your jump + sprint button ' X & B '.

Whne you drop your shield at the door don't jump on the platform towards the dog, this will cause the game not allow you to hold items and will soft lock you.

Quick tip: the fastest way to go about this glitch is to start in your inventory then press x, followed by a, then +. Once you have at least 4 of that item go to your inventory then press x, y, +, + in that order four times, then collect the drops and do it again
