I fully expect Sony to go hard on the FOMO.

They'll make the narrative that the PS5 Pro is sold out everywhere because they carefully controlled the amount of consoles shipped to retailers. It will sell good, but I expect Sony to play into the FOMO marketing, because that's how the PS5 was sold at insane (albeit scalped) prices. If people don't think Sony learnt that creating demand with low supply makes sales go brr... then they're ignorant to the reality of marketing...
