Today’s Sunday school lesson is about Proverbs 6:16-19. The book of proverbs provides us with wisdom for living godly and righteous lives. God hates all sin, but in this proverb we learn about 7 things He especially hates.
It is important to avoid the things God hates and do the things He loves.
Proverbs 6:16-19 ( NIV)
There are six things The LORD hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
a false witness who pours out lies,
and a man who stars of dissension among brothers
