As I Mentioned in The Video, Potato Chips Are a Snack I Enjoy Often.
I Tend To Eat Them At Least Once a Week, But As You Know, They Carry So Many Bad Things. So Here I Make Some Bbq Potato Chips Without All The Dye and Preservatives.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp tomato powder
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp salt

Pro tip.

Blend that seasoning mix in a spice grinder or blender into a finer powder. It will enhance the flavor and have much better application

I used the exact recipe for the BBQ flavouring, and I needed to add a lot more sugar, to make it taste more like BBQ flavouring

Nice thing with your method is you can adjust seasoning to your own taste, add cumin or corriander or white pepper or dried jalapeño or whatever. I think I might prefer doing it plain and dipping it in some hot sauce or spicy cheese sauce or something.

I have no idea where you can get tomato powder, i have never heard of that seasoning beforee and i doubt its at any stores in my area.
