How to make pizza crust from chicken? That's what we are trying today! Pizza crust made from canned chicken sounds really strange. We are settling today whether it works or not! It's a pretty simple pizza crust recipe, including chicken breast, egg, cheese.....oh and our awesome SPG seasoning!

If you want a super crispy crust, you have to wring out the chicken in a kitchen towel until you can't get anymore moisture out of it before you bake it. I make this all the time and my guests don't even know the crust is made from chicken. They just know they like it and ask for another slice.

10 Oz chicken 1/2 cup parm cheese and one egg. Mix Spread on parchment paper bake for 20min a 375. Add toppings and bake another 15min. He's way too time consuming.

You can also bake the chicken for 10 minutes to dry it out for a crispier crust. 👍😍

the parchment paper on the first cook works best, then switch to pizza sheet to get the crunch. Try with BBQ sauce, Caramelized Onions, little pulled pork and smoked gouda! Insane!!

Just wanted come on here and say literally this was the most informative video I’ve ever came across on YouTube. I watched it and the way u were just being yourself and even stated “the edges are kinda crispy I guess” gave me an indication that I need to keep the crust in longer. U tried it and I learned from this and just wanted to say thanks for making the video this will help with my meal prep

I've done this (similar recipe), but always used two eggs, and mozzarella + parm cheese. I use parm cheese in the mix because as it cools it gets crusty and crispy, plus holds things together like glue. The mozz is there to add volume and is just GREAT. If you don't want o use two eggs, use one plus an additional 2 tablespoons egg whites. Using can chicken is the best tip. EASY PEASEY CHICKEN SQUEEZZI

Use Parmigiano cheese, not a soft, high moisture cheese like mozzarella. Never add high moisure toppings like pineapple. Not to mention pineapple totally defeats a low carb no carb pizza crust. Duh!?!

Also, season the crust mixture with salt garlic oregano and basil. You can also brush the bottom with olive oil after you baked it but before adding toppings. That will add more crisp and flavor. Another tip is reverse the cheese and sauce or add a thin layer of cheese under the sauce. It will help prevent the sauce soaking into the crust. The better way is to use tomate paste instead of sauce and just season it with garlic basil and oregano. Put it onnthe stove and add the herbs heat till its hot and the herbs are releasing. The spoon it hot onto the crust and top and into a oven as hot as your oven will go. The tradition sauce is to wateryand we are only after the flavor not that extra moisture.

For carnivores load it up with sausage, pepperoni, salami, , 70/30 beef and thick cut bacon chunks. Other toppings bbq seasoned leg thigh chicken meat, smoked brisket sliced chunks. You can do a breakfast or taco/mexican topping. Instead of tomatoe paste use a thick salsa taco seasoned beef a mexican cheese variety of your choice. Another good one is shrimp and crab or clams with old bay. Add butter or ghee o drizzed on top for tge added fat and flavor. The seafood and mexican ones are quite low fat as you have all that protein frommtge chickenncheese egg crust. You can use Chorizo meat for tge mexican and tgat will help with the fat content and TONS of flavor from the spices.

We've been making "carnivore" meat crusts like this for over 30 yrs. Its nothing new.

BTW raw ground chicken vs cooked canned allows you to roll out the crust mixture much thinner using wax paper over top and parchment underneath. Obviously you remove the wax paper. It's just there to prevent sticking to the rolling pin or whatever you use and lifts off easily from the chicken mixture.

Maybe do the 2nd cook in a perforated pizza pan for more crispy bottom.

It’s called a meatza you can do it with burger too I make them in air fryer you have to use 2 peices of parchment paper
