Some BMW E60 in-line 6-cylinder goodness - N53

This video is intended for anyone interested in this engine and gearbox combination and behavior. You can see some accelerations, manual shifting, and sound tests.
The engine is an N53, 3 liter in-line 6 cylinder from 2010. No turbos, reving to 7 thousand.

The car is completely stock, no modifications done to it.
I have selected some deserted roads for this video, always drove slowely through towns and respected other drivers. Be good behind the steering wheel.

Great car, BTW I am interested to buy one here in India. Its a pre owned N53 Petrol 523i. From the year 2007. Will it be good from that year or problematic?. Also do let me know what all things to look for in a pre owned BMW E60 petrol. Do reply, thanks in advance.

I have problem if I start my car cold first time a day the rpm is not the same it’s like going up and down can it be like cold problem ? Or maybe spark plug or ignition coil? It’s only the first few minutes and then it is gone

I must be honest, my e93 seems to change gear a lot quicker than yours when in manual mode (DS). Not as fast as a dual clutch, but very near.

Nice video to see the perfomance of the engine. I think in lower rpm its enough torque, much better then the old and smaller 2.5 n52. Do you have any problems with the injectors or another engine part?
