What sanctions are DOING is making Russia and Russian self sufficiency STRONGER. Inflation in Russia seems under control, and prices for food are what they were here in the USA 25 or more years ago. Same for fuel. Russian drivers pay $1.95 USD for a gallon or 3.8 liters of gasoline, I just paid $3.40 USD for that same gallon in Miami FL USA last night. Perhaps imported goods and electronics might now be more expensive in Russia now, but you know what? You cannot heat your home with a computer or eat a cell phone. My take is that only a fool would think that they are hurting Russia! And if all fails, all you have to do is look at the history of Russia to see what the great Russian people have endured! Just read a book about the Siege of Leningrad (St Petersburg) during WW 2....And the West thinks that they are doing damage with their sanctions??? Looking at these well stocked stores Marina is showing us, the Russians are bemused and wondering what the West is thinking about!

It seemed strange that Russian hypermarkets had empty shelves. You are spoiled for choice in visiting 93 hypermarkets, they never end!😮🤩
As you strolled the aisles I saw Parmalat milk, an Italian brand of milk.
The meat department attracts my curiosity because they sell wholesale meat at a low price and the more you buy the cheaper it seems to me. Certainly, the hypermarket policy has exploited a particular way of the local people to eat meat so much that they sell it according to that market strategy. All in all I like it.😁
Semi-finished meat also seems to be good and not very expensive, but, with that price and that quantity, a single person eats meat for a week.
As always, the fish department is my favorite and if there is some fish that I like or have never eaten, I buy it anyway even if it costs a little more. Seeing all that fresh fish just exposed is a wonderful vision and it is good to take advantage of it immediately.
In this video you have focused attention on meat and fish which, with the application of important discounts, I think is the right time to stock up on some supplies.
It's always nice to take virtual walks through your videos in Russian shopping malls and every time the frenzy to visit one live is stronger and stronger. 🤩

Мариночка, здравствуйте!!!А мы с супругом в предвкушении новогоднего голодания 😭 купили по полкило малосольной икры кеты и нерки, а также пару поллитровых банок печени трески из Мурманска ( нежнятина).
