Great content! I do the same thing sometimes but the statement of ASIS being the being the attachment for Rectus Fem is incorrect- it’s the AIIS & superior part of the acetablulum.

Hit all main muscle points, very great explinations, clear, well done. Good informative. Post Obvs will work alot slower & with the tissues, important. Noticed you use thumbs alot- to use elbow. Post careful of stripping & plantiflex foot. Understand it is timing but id still want to have client on their side & work along flex hall, flex dig tib post- ..passive release. Great work, thank you so much 😊👍🙌❤

When I took sport massage the techniques were totally different. I think she use her own ways because part of them are related to relaxation
