This is just like when Lois was a boxer cuz she just pictured the opponent’s faces being Peter’s and him taunting her which made her an amazing boxer just like how Peter’s insults are making Meg a good basketball player.

All the kids are geniuses in there own right, Stewie with Intellegence, Meg with creativity and physicality, Chris despite him being portrayed as very dumb, can pick up things quickly and become an expert at it in a few days. It's just generally always perceived as a bad thing and it gets 'resolved' by the end of the episode
