Hi its Arin iwould like to know like 8mounths ago i got rear ended with this driver who drive the van for medical people he had comercial Sedgwick insurence so i had injured my lower back disc and My right shoulder diss located from that day and my Neck i went to the Ciropractor first for a 2 mounth then they send me to MRI and the They give me shots for my lower back disc Right Shoulder & the back of my Neck So now they Wana Send me to see a Specialist for surgery on my right shoulder And i wana Know whats Gone be The amount for my case if I do the surgery or if i dnt do the surgery how much Im gone get paid Like around ??? I was hit by a drunk driver and he was in a company truck. I have lived in pain for 3 years. My attorney is worthless and keeps lying to me. Last year, he said 3 months, and we'll be cashed out. He loaned me 5k to not lose home. I accepted based on him saying 3 months. Since then. He has loaded me over 30k (ckecks) 1.5 per month, sometimes 2k. And we're still not done. Limitations ran out against the manufacturer for the seat back failure and trial in april for the personal injury. He has made promise after promise and refused filing in 2021. He waited until dec 22 to file after i told him he was fired. He says i can not fire him, and the judge won't rule against him to make a claim on my case since she is his friend, and he campaigned for her to get her position as judge. My case was pretty great, and he made a shit show out of it. I gave up on trying to find a legal malpractice attorney since they all know each other. I got handed a life sentence from a drunk driver and hired the worst attorney apparently. He was supposed to be the best around here.

What about if you're rear ended by a drunk driver who attempted to get away but got caught? Your car gets totaled. You're not seriously injured. You have uninsured motorist.You lose your earning potential without a car. Are you much better off going after the driver criminally for punitive damages which is 3X at least of insurance in most states? I see that most of your videos cover the extremes of someone getting seriously hurt by a big company that can payout big bucks. But what about gray areas that doesn't involve a major injury or big entity.

I got rear ended at a stop sign by a drunk driver and my car was totaled I did not get a ambulance right after getting hit but I went to the hospital the same day and my xrays came out negative I dont need surgery would it be best to just get paid out to get the most money or would getting an attorney be better to go with ?

In rear ended case is attorney suppose get reimbursed for auto if person medical insurance wrote off medical bills but attorney wants you to sign agreement to be liable for medical bills if their insurance company wants payment?

What if it was major damage to your vehicle

I was rear ended by a DUI driver at 50mph while stopped at a redlight.
It was a slam dunk case, and I knew it would be. Luckily the guy had State Farm and they just paid the policy limits. The only thing I wish I had done differently was negotiate the fee ahead of time. I just assumed it would be 1/3 it ended up being 40%. I felt a little ripped off atfer the fact.
