You have a cool product, but you should definitely reconsider your pricing. You have very expensive tariffs. And your closest competitors offer more loyal terms with the ability to grant guest access with the ability to edit. You are alienating a huge part of your audience. Not to mention, for example, business process builders like Coda or the less functional Notion, but in which you can fully work with tasks. Even for a large company with many participants, it is very expensive. The roles and degree of immersion in the tasks of the participants may be different. Sometimes it is not necessary to give full access, but just guest access with the ability to edit. It is not very reasonable to pay for this as for a full-fledged participant.

Don't use this software, the links they claim exist don't. When you ask the chat for help there is no-one there. They are happy to call you when it comes to billing but nothing else.
