I got All-On-4 dental implants about two years ago and a lot of people had questions about these non-removeable implants. I'm finally here with an update on how things have been. I'll be answering some of the of the most common questions I've had on my previous dental implants videos.

Dude. You are the reason I made the choice to get All on 6 implants. I’m 3 weeks in and I can tell you this already, life is so much better with good teeth!

You’re a very handsome man and your smile is beautiful now. I’m one week removed from dental implant surgery myself so your journey inspires me.
Thanks for all the tips and motivation.

I’m so glad that you are living your BEST LIFE!!! ❤

Man, I don't know you but I have to say, I was in the same freaking situation you were in, I really looked like a crack addict, lost self confidence, wouldn't smile or go outside. Getting a freaking dental implant was the best decision I ever took in my entire life. No more suffering late at night, my head in the sink with a saline solution, no more numbing gel, no more insane headache. It all went away. Took me a couple days to get used to my diet but other than that, man, it's amazing.

Just started my all on 4 implant journey 3 days ago. Dealing with swelling and bruising, so I can’t quite see my teeth yet but from what I can they look so pretty…just glad I got the hard part done..JUST DOING IT!

I’m 3 days after 13 extractions, two sinus lifts and 12 implants.
The most painful experience was the injections at the start of treatment and apart from the obvious discomfort of being in the dentist chair for 3 hours it went as smoothly as it could!
The first night was uncomfortable more that painful with bleeding, not being allowed to mouthwash for 24 hours or spit but honestly not nearly as bad as I thought it would be!
I’m taking the prescribed painkillers but haven’t experienced any pain, obviously different people have different issues but I can only speak from my experience which so far has been minimal!
Hopefully things go this smoothly in the future and my final visit at the end of February!
I’m paying £8000 sterling which includes flights for both visits, hotels and transportation, this is with Dentakay in Istanbul, Turkey and mam more than happy with treatment, consultations and the overall experience so far so again speaking from my experience anyone thinking about having work done id say go for it, in a case like mine I was literally 5 years from having no teeth at 57.
Like I said earlier, hopefully things go this well for the future.
Best wishes to everyone pondering the move!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Crazy you can chomp into that hard candy like that without anything chipping. I've had my teeth break in half doing that.

I'm glad to see you happy after all hardtimes you experienced, I'm in the middle of process myself.
I'm from middle east, Iran.
your channel inspired me to start, you gave me confidence to finally go to a dentist and ask for help, I was ashemed of myself and didn't want to show up in any clinics and show my toothless mouth to anybody.
Thank you for sharing your journey, it really means a lot to people like me.
not everybody has guts to do it, you're a brave man❤

Hi, i just got done with the evaluation appointment and i"m good to go said the dentist, i'm in Quebec, Canada and i'm going with one of the first dentist that started doing all on 4 here in QC about 15 years ago.
I feel really confident with these guys, they made me feel at ease from the start.

Last year i went and got my first evaluation appointment at another dentist and she wanted to do bone transplant and all sorts of things that the dentist i'm going with said i didn't need.
I didn't feel comfortable with her from the start and i put everything on hold as it took all my courage to go there in the first place. Do not go ahead with a dentist if things don't feel 100% right.
She was 15k CAD more expensive with stuff that was unnecessary!!

The teeth extraction is setup on April 11th (3 days after my birthday) i'm a little anxious but also very excited to not have pain anymore and a beautiful smile.

When i was a kid i got treated with Tetracycline antibiotics and it tarnished and weakened my teeth and caused me to have a bunch of root canals, broken teeth and extractions throughout my adult life.
All my life i was ashamed of my teeth and developed a protection mechanism that i never showed my teeth on any pictures and my lips almost cover my teeth all the time when i speak.

I will be turning 56 in 2 months and cannot wait for this procedure.
i've been watching lots of testimonial and journey videos, i wanted to thank you for yours.

Your smile looks amazing and it boosted my hope and confidence to do mine.

thank you!

Franck

If anyone is wondering how much it's going to cost me, it's 52k CAD with a 33% (17K) income tax break that i will be getting back next year, so roughly 35k CAD out of my pockets.
about 25k USD in the end.

I want to thank you for your candid expierence. I do understand when you say i dont care about the pain, i just want it done. I had a stroke, i felt that way about my avm repair, just wanted it done and over with. As for why in watching dental vidios, well ive had really bad teeth for over 40 years. Ive had all of it done lil by lil, root cannels, temps, crowns, broken teeth, teeth breaking while waiting to put a crown on. I have had all my upper teeth removed except 3 and 9 left on bittom. Ive had a nasty ugly smile for 40 years and the only good thing about that is i have hardly any smile wrinkles, which i now realise is just sad. Ive had a tooth infection several years back and they pulled it while still infected and it was so painful i actually screamed. I was crying and the dental nurse had the gall to ask me why. I was so outraged and angry you have no ideal. So yes im going over vidios, looking. I been in a nursing home for 5 months before i got tossed out. Thank God i did. And i do have ptsd from that. Excuse my venting. Just really wanted to say thank you, you had a nice smile to start with, your new teeth look narltural. And what you did was amazing. Congratulations. My only concern would be if you couldnt get them examed in 6 months, would they be ok? Like i worry about that cause of the nursing home and my avm, not to mention other surgerys i might have to have, so i am a bit scared and concerned. Thank you again!!!

Good for you, cheaper in US than here in UK, I decided to go to turkey but used the best Straumann BLX, unlike you I have 12 implants and am allowing them 3 months to heal but using dentures, which are horrible but butter than gums. Back to turkey in 7 more weeks for the same process as you…. Your video explain the whole process which helped me understand what happens after implants fitted, thanks for the info was great to see.

I've been going through a lot of dental problems myself in the past 4-6 years and am worrying about possibly getting implants myself. Watching your implant journey was great to see and lessened my worries a lot. Also, I live in FL and would be able to go to them without even flying.. I'm really glad you decided to make those videos, as well as this follow up. Thanks dude, and I'm glad you are enjoying your new smile!
