It was truly the tsunamis that stopped the Mongols. The Japanese martial prowess certainly helped.

No China (king fu) was the origins of karate, kung fu came from Yoga in India. Mongols didn’t invade Japan because their ships wrecked multiple time trying to cross the sea. They abandoned the invasion because of rough seas, much like the Spanish Armada stopped Spain from taking over England.

Well no the reason mongols didn't conqure japan was because they were on an island and had an armada of ships surrounding said island. Mongols were a horse riding plains people... they had no way to effectively send a fighting force to any of japans islands. Even if they could using other conquered peoples ships, samarui knew of the threat posed by the mongols for centuries and actually invented a fighting style for using their weapons to kill horses with as few strikes as possible to render mongols main strength nuetralized.

Japanese men were averaging 5 ft during that time, they are no match for Mongol. They are protected by the sea and Typhoon.

Ghost of Tsushima does a pretty good telling of this story. Jin Sakai and clan Sakai for the dub.

Kamikaze storms saved Japan; Vietnam also successfully resisted as did Egypt

There archery would of been no match for the British (Welsh) low bow men.

Mongols are not sailors and Japan is an island, simple as that, even nowadays wage war on island is not a trivial matter, that's why Taiwan is still a thing

Hahaha read a page man. Mongols had the misfortune and lost twice the majority if ships and troops at sea.

They also couldn’t invade India because of their terrain

You absolutely do not know what you’re talking about. The two Mongol invasions of Japan were in large part, stopped by storms in the sea of Japan, also called typhoons. The quality of samurai at this time was extremely low. You wouldn’t notice unless you’ve actually studied Japanese history using the Japanese language, which you probably don’t know, but I do. One other tidbit that I’d like to add, is most of the invading force wasn’t even Mongolian. It was mostly conquered Koreans!

It's a great story but it's BS. The Mongols were repelled twice by... storms.

nice made up history. the mongols never even had ships let alone an army of 4000 ships, even better, 2 armies of said ships. so much they did not have any, they rode on horseback from mongolia to spain spending decades instead of just sailing down the coastline that was already done by the chinese. everybody seem to want some famous history.... ffs. the japanese samurais and their swords were famous in japan but internationally their worse than mediocre iron swords did not really hold up and mongols were among he best of the best archers, that's why they could devastate the entire eurasia with one single army...

Joe, read a book! LOL… idiotic revisionism… Had it not been the two typhoons, Japan would not exist today as is. Their men were 5ft tall and swordsmanship wasn’t as developed.
