Thank you for not being pretentious. Thank you for being a down to earth, regular guy, who loves food.

I could watch a compilation of Chef JP just eating his own food. Such authentic joy. Makes me chuckle every time lol

the reason this Chef is such a genius is because he keeps reminding you that everything you do when you make food is ultimately up to YOU. Chef Jean-Pierre gives people confidence in the kitchen. He is the anti Gordon Ramsay

Love JP's videos because they are always easy to follow. But there's something intangible in them like his friendliness and sincerity!

I love the fact that you measure everything carefully Chef 🤣🤣🤣 and only use a measuring cup to press down your burger!! Brilliant 😁😍🤩

I have become a binge watcher of Chef Jean-Pierre videos. I love his passion and energy. I do most of the cooking in my house, and my wife just rolls her eyes at me when I am excited about the next recipe I am making. But then she brags to her friends about the meals I am preparing. I love learning new things, and Chef JP has been teaching me so much! This was a simple burger, but it looks elegant and delicious. I am going to break out my meat grinder and do it!

Who wants cheeseburger right now??
I mean besides me.

Chef here is the thing that makes you so popular besides your talent and personality, you are cooking things to show us how to do it. It's not to show off it's not to be overly extravagant it's not to stroke your own ego like some chefs, it's to teach people show them how easy it is and educate us your cooking students. 🥰🥰🥰
Merci beaucoup!!

Chef is also right when he says to make batches of caramelized onyo, garlic puree, clarified butter, stock etc. to freeze for at least 17 really does make cooking a joy as opposed to a chore. :-)

Chef, you've improved us. The secret to a burger is that the meat has to be good on its own. You show that for sure

I just make it back from Épernay, Champagne and had a burger at this tiny place there called "The Clock Face" and their burger was so perfect. It was the best burger I've had in my life so far. I'm telling you. The French know how to make any dish sing. This was just a burger. What was so special about it was that the meat in the burger was the star of the show. In most burgers I've had that were good in my opinion were good because the condiments, cheese, special sauces, bacon etc. put on the burger made it better. This burger in Épernay the items on the burger were the supporting cast and the meat was cooked to such perfection that it was the clear star of the show. It changed my outlook on how burgers should taste. This wasn't a restaurant that really stood out, no Michelin star no accolades that I'm aware of just a French pub vibe. The chef just knocked this out of the park. It was amazing.

Fantastic video! I'm happy you are a chef too! 😊 speaking of this I have a Grandson who just expressed an interest in becoming a chef! He is 16 and does quite a lot of cooking around his family. I sent this video to him.
God bless all here

Fantastically perfect execution. Anyone else notice that sometimes when you're making a Chef Jean-Pierre recipe yourself, all of a sudden you'll say "Oh, yeah, baby!"...?

The caramelized onion recipe is the best ever. I’ve learned to cool them on waxed/parchment paper then par-freeze only after they have cooled (thanks to the chef for clear direction in the recipe). Cut the sheet into 4 inch squares and freeze in vacuum sealed bags.

Keep ‘me coming chef! We’ll keep watching, enjoying and eating!

My day at work can be kinda glum. The day is overcast, its rainy and getting colder outside.

Typical Fall day in Va. Kinda sucky at times.

I come home and see The Chef has posted another tutorial.
I am greeted with " High There Friends!"

The enthusiasm it contagious.

My day is improved. Thanks Chef.
