I’m sure Rhonda Santis is taking credit for all of the wonderful changes that have taken place within the Florida insurance market. He’s done an amazing job looking out for us Floridians, Disney, immigrants, marginalized groups, and education. His pockets must be very very heavy these days.

The state has 3x the risk of any other. When it cost 3x more to repair a property and blantant fraud. Lawyers and assignment of benefits is the reason. Florida lawyers are never blamed for the root cause of this crisis.

And with the weather getting worse every year soon Florida will become a swamp land. Wait Florida is a swamp. We get rain, hurricanes, flood, hail, and thunderstorms all the time. It’s the price we pay to live in Florida.

My State farm policy insuring my house for $400, 000 with a $1, 000 deductible only costs me $1, 289 per year. It even covers me if my HOA issues a special assessment. State Farm pays for that!
