As an insurance company, you cannot insure to an elevated value, when you know that value is likely to get cut in half very soon

I remember a time when the climate wasn't changing. I'm sure seizing all money from Americans will end climate change. Quick, get on your private jets, and warn the world!😂😂

Its all about fake values they dont want to insure..its one thing when your paying 150, 000 for a house. Its another when your paying 500, 000 for a 150, 000 house if free money and speculation drives it up in 3 yrs
