Diet and exercise, so important especially as we get lol. Even just a few years ago I could sit on my butt all day consuming microwave pizzas and coffee and still put in a 13+ hour day no sweat. Now I literally don't have the energy for it unless I eat decently and get at least a little exercise regularly.
