my Panasonic tv is not working. I complain to toll free no on 29.06.2023, after one month on 29.07.2023 service engineer of Panasonic company came to change the motherboard of tv, after changing it . prime video is not working in my tv, i ask to service engineer they said, I can’t do anything, and the authorised service was close my call without given any satisfaction code by me . i never suggest any to buy the Panasonic product because the toll free no and service centre both are not helping to coustmer, in my hotel there was 35 tv of Panasonic company . my new 1 more hotel is on construction 35 room of property. but now i decided to no any product of Panasonic to buy :- tv, deep freezer, , and i also suggested my family and friends to do not buy any Panasonic products. very bad experience with Panasonic

Never buy their products. I bought a tv for 36000, 2 years back and it got damaged the same month it's warranty got expired. It lasts only for 2 years. Thy said to pay additional 26000 for repairing it. The biggest joke of the year
