Hey man. I done the same thing a couple of months ago (March 2024) and got the same pre-approval amount of 30K and my credit scores from all three bureaus is 750+. The car I got was 27K and the dealership was trying to add stuff to the contract once they saw I could go up to 30K, lol. Good video....should have made one myself, lol. Thanks.

Sorry if I missed it in the video, but I shouldn’t do the application (self employed ) without building a relationship first? I opened my account in June and only made about 4 deposits of a couple hundred dollars each.

i watched a video that stated navy federal is becoming more strict on auto loans and building a relationship doesnt matter anymore if you have whats considered bad credit to now get approved you needed a clean credit report and a score of atleast 600 ? do you know how true that is because im in the process of rebuilding my credit and building a relationship with navy for an auto loan in the future

Yo Stephen, Congrats on the approval man! Quick question, i hurd you say that you may treat this loan as a Pledge loan.. But my question is, if you do treat the loan as a Pledge loan, are you actually gonna pay the loan down with the 28, 000 of the 30, 000 check or will you be using your own money to pay it down?
