Surveillance video shows man steal about $40,000 in hair extensions, wigs from store

A store owner in Fayette County says a thief was in her store for about 43 minutes and he stole thousands of dollars worth of hair and hair products.

I'll bet this dude did it for a girl who is trying to open her own shop. I don't see this dumb brotha knowing the value of what he stole or even what to do with it all. If I were the owner, I'd go through the last 30 days of video tape and take a good look at all the women customers that were a bit "too nosy", or asked too many questions...

Inside for 43 minutes??? Isn't this surveillance system hooked up to the owner's phone with alerts? They can get some still shots because his face is shown a little at like 1:11. WoW! People are stealing things of high value and "hair" is definitely worth a lot.

This place was definitely targeted but not a inside job I believe. He’s extremely unprepared even letting his face show a bit in the last still shot. He probably assumed he was going to get 5-10 wigs based off of the supplies he brought and he had to use the owners garage can to get more? They’re going to catch him he’s sloppy.

They definitely had this planned they the car stayed on the highway instead of driving in view of the stores camera. This just happened in Houston except that store was open with customerst in It and an employees car stolen to get away. I would’ve definitely invested In a metal gate when closed.
