I went to High school with a girl whos family bought the house after the Lutz's. They never had one ounce of hauntings or problems in that house. It was and still is a beautiful home.

For everyone saying "how could anyone live there?" Um...it's a million dollar neighborhood....

The no has been changed and it sold for $200, 000 less than the asking price (wonder why?) Four previous owners have lived there. Remember, 6 members of a family were murdered in this house. Its been blessed but, being of a given gift with the paranormal I certainly wouldn't live there as spirits would hunt me down until I was out.

I read years back that the homeowners (don’t know if it’s the same family now) but read that they changed the address to keep the gawkers from driving by. Guess it didn’t work.
