The only issue is: this does not sync automatically. When there is a change in outlook calendar, it is not reflected in google calendar

HELP PLEASE!! It shows up fine but nothing updates. When I make any changes on outlook it doesn’t show any of the changes? I waited over 24 hours but still no update?

It adds to the Google calendar just fine, but never updates when I change anything on my Outlook calendar. It's basically not a sync but a one-shot copy.
