How to Merge Calendars in Outlook

In this video, I'll show you how to merge two or more calendars in outlook. It's also called overlay calendars. By default, in outlook calendars are shown side by side which makes it very hard to see upcoming events from multiple calendars.

I have 3 calendars and can overlay easy - but 1 splits off whenever I navigate to email and return. Is there a way to set the 3 overlayed calendars as the default so they always remain overlayed?

Can this display be shown externally Bhurpinder? For example, I have multiple outlook calendars (all for different clients) and I want my main calendar to be the single source of truth for this and be able to share the main calendar with others.

Overlay is not the same as Merge can you provide a way to murge calendars or how to select the Calendar into which all email invites to meetings will go
