I tried MUD/WTR. This is an honest and unsponsored review. Especially if you are attempting to cut back or quick coffee, hopefully my experience will help you decide if you should buy some.

ok so it’s been a few months now, of drinking MUD\WTR and here’s 3 things about my experience.

1 If you're looking for a little caffeine, it’s good. It doesn’t give a boost like coffee does, it’s more calming like tea. But for me, My goal was to work my way off of coffee, and I did it. Mud water was helpful during my afternoon cravings for coffee, it satisfied my coffee urges.

2 It’s a little expensive so I don’t plan on making it a long term habit. I’d rather spend on a variety of drinks for 40 bucks a month, like a case of sparkling water, green tea, and especially iced coffee in the summer. MUD\WTR can be iced, but I’d rather have lemonade by the pool, you know?!

3 Even though the package and contents are well thought out, dude this spinner thing could make waves in the pool, it’s just too strong. If you don’t need it don’t buy it. and the cans are cool, but personally I’d rather have a bag that comes with a scoop.

My husband tried it for 2 weeks and ended up with severe abdominal pain and didn't realize it was most likely the mud wtr until another week. It took about 3 additional weeks before he was back to his regular self. Wouldn't recommend this stuff to anyone.

You don't need an alternative to get off coffee. A weening plan is the best way to go.

Terrible review. "It didn't come with a scoop"...??? What was the effect, and what was the taste?... and really, "A little expensive"..????
