Hello, could i please get help with one question regarding network security?

The primary danger with the FTP port command is that:
1) it is sent by the server instead of the client
2) it can specify an IP address different from that of the sender of the command
3) it can specify a port other than ports 20 and 21
4) it causes vulnerable machines to open world-writeable directories
